Oils:

We carry a variety of different olive oils including Villa Calcinaia and Moris Farms. Each oil we offer has a great flavor and uniqueness. Villa Calcinaia Olive Oil

The olives grown on the Calcinaia estate produce an exceptional oil with a characteristic spicy taste with undertones of artichoke, green leaf and chestnut. Its color is an intense green typical of the area and is produced (min. 80%) from the varietals Correggiolo, Moraiolo and Leccino. Singular for its fragrance and spiciness, it offers not only the healthy benefits of low cholesterol, but also the ability to carry you back in time to the traditions of the countryside of old.

Moris Farms Olive Oil is a wonderful expression of finesse and flavor. From the Maremma area in southern Tuscany, this oil has been a favorite for many years.

Vinegars:

We carry a small selection of great vinegars, including Villa Manodori Balsamic Vinegar, Villa Manodori Dark Cherry Balsamic Vinegar, and Villa Calcinaia Red Wine Vinegar.

Villa Manodori Balsamic Vinegar is the labor of Massimo Bottura, Chef Patron of the three Michelin star restaurant Osteria Francescana in Modena, Italy. He produces this artisanal balsamic vinegar in very limited quantities. Villa Manodori begins with locally grown grapes, which are reduced into must, and then aged in different wood barrels.  Villa Manodori’s dark color and rich aroma reflect a century of family tradition.Villa Calcinaia Red Wine Vinegar

Villa Calcinaia Red Wine Vinegar is flavorful, yet never overwhelming. Villa Calcinaia’s Aceto di Vino Rosso is an ideal addition to any sort of cuisine, whether for gourmet cooking or the simplest dishes. Made from select wines, Villa Calcinaia’s red wine vinegar is produced according to local tradition, which the Capponi family can document since 1693. It is of a fine, clear color, and carefully processed for a balanced taste. Its aroma, mellowed by a slow maturation in the bottle, evokes the fullness of the wine from which it originates.

Mineral Water:

We carry two producers of mineral water, Ferrarelle and Lauretana, from Italy!  These waters are small production and not typically found in the United States.

Ferrarelle:
